Music to move…

It’s that time of the year…

The days are brighter, the weather warmer, there’s a breeze in the air and the heat hasn’t YET ramped up to totally unbearable and uncomfortable levels. It’s AMAZING to be outdoors. A necessity even.

Which is why one of my favorite activities happens to be grabbing my headphones/iPod and heading out to the park for a walk or jog. There’s just something about being outside, looking up at the sky through a canopy of trees as you tune into your music, totally ignoring anything and everything else.

Here’s a sampling of some of my favorite workout/move music songs~the ones I have on constant repeat every time I hit the trail, or on those not-so-perfect days, when my only option is (THE HORROR) the treadmill. I’m always looking for new addictions to add to my ever-growing playlist, so PLEASE DO leave a comment with some of your own personal favorites for me to test on my next outing.
